We have to replace a drain pipe upstairs it rusted around the flance that connects to the floor and leaks badly. We used that spray on stuff you see in infocommericsl that fix leaks. Been holding 12 months and doesnt leak. To repair the pipe and we have to rip up the floor 6k And what phill describes is not a 20k job 20k is like getting all your pipes swapped out. I dont imagine phill can handle several months of that type of repair job of people coming in to do work.

I bet a million dollars his shower is leaking because the faucet got backed off a turn. If they aren’t as tight as they’ll go it just sprays out of the back of the faucet. Something extremely easy to troubleshoot, but not something Phil would ever be able to understand. His pipes will be fine if he has soft water. Tearing out a complete plumbing job is regarded. It’s something you keep an eye on in an older spot (guarantee that’s what the email said as in just be aware), and if you have water coming out of a light on bottom floor you fix it.

Refinancing your mortgage is usually done for two reasons. Lower your interest rate and monthly payments taking out a loan against your mortgage for repairs, etc. The second is usually only done with the rate lowers. Example Mortgage of 100k at 6% interest. Thats like $500 a month Refinance that loan for say 120K at 4% interest. Your payment is about $500 a month. Personally, i would only refinance if Im looking to lower my monthly payment.
