They could have fixed the sword hand simply by making a hand pre-molded into the “sword” that pegs on to the figure. They should have done this for both rose and normal black as well as zamasu. It would have been dual molding on colors but they could have afforded that cost by cutting the amount of extra hands besides that one. Would have made it much more worth it
