I see you changing the User Band Tuner 1 Frequency value & User Band Tuner 2 Frequency value.. Where do you get those values from or maybe I skipped your video, may you please clarify for me. The User Band Figures will be found on the manual that comes with the DStv smart LNB. Not all extra view installation requires you to set the user band figures.

Thanks for the video wen I install the wire to the primary decoder it works perfectly.. but wen i install second decoder it keeps going on and off saying bad weather or check connection and ones we plug out second decoder primary works normally

I connected as you have instructed I even called DStv for activation am using explora (primary) and DStv Hd model 4s (secondary) I enjoyed extra view for 5 months not until today am experiencing error 143-4, I called DStv for reactivating but still am having the same error I tried to connect a heart beat cable the error cleared and pictures came after sometime I removed the heart beat cable it continued working but after a while error 143-4 came... Now my question is how can I get rid of error 143-4 without using a heart beat cable but just using a smart LNB...I thank you.

Hi there I'm using 2 HD decoders and i bought smart LNB n connect bt there is error e143,I tried to call MultiChoice bt no luck 🙏i need help

* Check your cable connections * The distance between the 2 Decoders shouldn't be that much long. * Use 2 Unicable ports, if it doesn't work, use one Unicable and the universal port. * Most smart LNB may have a problem in sending the heart beat signal, so you can add a diplexer to the DStv smart LNB and check. * Call DStv office and put pressure on them to do the Activation, if they don't pair the two Decoders correctly, you don't have any power to make it work. Make sure you get a man from DStv on the phone, not a woman

An installer installed a smart LNB for me, we then did an extra view but only the Primary decoder playing, the secondary decoder gave me an error 143. I called multi-choice several times but no solutions still. I even took the decoder to their office the decoder came back working then after 3 hours its off again😭

check you Cables and the settings bro. There's no heartbeat signal. There's no connection between the two decoders that why you are experiencing E143-4 error.
