Great job Jack! I had an at1 back in the day. Loved all the yamaha enduros!

Thanks James! I saw my first enduro in Japan in 1968. I'll never forget this little fellow who jumped up onto the saddle, kicked the starter, dropped to the side, pivoted on his left foot, did a 180°turn leaving a half circle on the floor and then did a wheelie out the door. I fell in love then, but I got old before I finally got one. Now I've had several; all of which were non-runners when I brought them home..

The Old Guy is a genius: I can't begin to tell you how many hours of schooling I have had over the last 60 years about electricity. First the Air Force, then A&P Mechanics school, then 40 years with 2 different Airlines. None of it is there. every time I pick up a wire I need a refresher course. Your doing great Jack.

I would never claim THAT title John. I did spend more than 2 years of my 8 year hitch in electronics training, but remembering that a diode only allows current in one direction might be the sum total of what I remember from all that training.

Good job brother. Why couldn’t you use the LED in the Gadge?

I'm not sure Cain. I thought it should. Perhaps it was that the 2 diodes were interacting somehow.
