In this video students will discover how to prepare salad & salad dressing. The lesson starts with how to make cocktail sauce, preparing the prawn and finally on the plating of the salad. Through the demonstration, students will be able to understand the basics on how to prepare salads & salad dressings accordingly, efficiently and precisely.
The medieval malay setting in this story-line is intended to make this video to be engaging but at the same time serves the purpose of being an informative and instructional video for students of Basic Western Cookery.
The King and Queen had to be relocated to a humble abode due to the castle being sanitized. The food was unbearable and unfit for royalty. Hence the royal sorceress was conjured and given the task to create a meal worthy of a king. The sorceress demonstrates a superb, magnificent dish: Prawn Cocktail Salad to be served to the king.
