Cooking used to be something I did with my grandmother, and after she passed I lost any desire to be in a kitchen. I follow a lot of food content creators, but it wasn’t until I found Andy and Babe that I got inspired to get back into cooking. My grandma used to say “what do you want for dinner?” first thing, every time I walked through her door after school. Hearing that again made me smile. Thanks for bringing that spark back, Andy. I can’t wait to watch every single video.

Definitely keep the basic Mitch series. These are simple classic comfort food dishes. That everybody returns to . They are also really easy dishes to cook if you're just starting cooking. You can't go wrong with them. I also would love to see more different cultural dishes . I love seeing how people compliment different food groups together.

1) a shopping episode… considering how some of the recipes are very exotic, how do you come up with authentic ingredients… your recipes tend to be highly approved and endorsed by the “people” who know them best 2) a bloopers episode… say once a month… surely sometimes there’s some errors😅 3) a learning episode… how do you learn each recipe and fine tune it… especially the exotic ones

I am a huge fan of this channel and it just got started. I have been following Andy Cooks for a while. Healthy cooking will be a winner, ie less saturated fat and excess simple carbs. Restaurant-style cooking at home is a winner, without too many costly ingredients due to the high cost of food.

Looks like you all have a lot of fun in amongst the hard work. Babe often wants fancy stuff, Mitch wants basic stuff (and wonderful burn, "Ugh... basic, Mitch"), but a good mix of easy/hard/intermediate recipes that you still make look easy and relaxed while you're doing them. From my own teaching experience of practical skillsets, if you can make something look easy, then people are inspired, not just to try it, but actually to achieve it. Looking at people's comments on your videos, you're getting that spot on. Keep doing what you're doing...
