Your packing is still wrong. Use high density foam, make cutout so that the product is centred and away from the outer packaging. Put it in a strong cardboard box. (Look at OEM Manufacturer packaging to get the idea). Then for additional security, wrap thick high density foam over the cardboard box. Use gaffers tape to secure the high density foam. Put this package in another strong cardboard box. While using cardboard box, the contents must NOT MOVE AROUND. This Double Box packaging will keep your amplifiers safe, even if the courier throws it around.

Dtdc courior കേരളത്തിൽ mother hub kochi ആണ്. Loading & unloading കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള courior company ആണ്. Pickup ഏജൻസി -> ബ്രാഞ്ച് -> mother hub -> ബ്രാഞ്ച് -> ഡെലിവറി ഏജൻസി. ഇത്രയും സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ഈ shipment handle ചെയും. അതുപോലെ കണ്ടെയ്നർ ഇതെല്ലാം ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഇതിന് മുകളിൽ വെയിറ്റ് കൂടിയ ഐറ്റംസ് വന്നാലും ഇതുപോലെ പൊട്ടോപ്പോകും. Handling issue കാരണമാണ് കൂടുതലും courior damage ആകുന്നത്. ഇൻഷ്വർ ചെയ്ത് അയച്ചാലും ഫുൾ amount കിട്ടില്ല.

You are wrong about not packing well. Your packing is good, but it is mostly luck for safe delivery. Most of the couriers are unconcerned about safety. I have more than 30 years in courier service. Your packing can be improved to withstand rough handling. You have to contact some friendly courier senior professionals to get an idea about safe packing.

ചേട്ട ഞാൻ വെറുതെ പറഞ്ഞതല്ല 17 കിലോ ഉള്ള ഒരു ആംപ്ലിഫയർ കോഴിക്കോട് നിന്ന് എനിക്ക് കൊറിയർ വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട് ഒരു ഡാമേജ് ഇല്ലാതെ ഏത് കൊറിയറിൽ അയച്ചാലും അവർ എടുത്ത് എറിയുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും പാക്ക് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ രണ്ട് ബോക്സിൽ എങ്കിലും പാക്ക് ചെയ്യണം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നീറ്റ് കൊറിയർ വിടണം അതാകുമ്പോൾ സേഫ് ആയി എത്തും കിലോയ്ക്ക് 70 രൂപ അല്ലേ ഇത്രയൊക്കെ പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചാൽ മതി

ചേട്ടാ നിങ്ങളുടെ ആംപ്ലിഫയർ വയറിങ് മാത്രം കണ്ടാൽ മതി അത് എത്ര പെർഫെക്റ്റ് ആയിട്ടാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്ന് ആർക്കും മനസ്സിലാകും. DTDC കുറെ അനുഭവമുണ്ട്. ഈ പറയുന്നവരൊക്കെ ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം പോലും കൊറിയർ അയക്കാത്തവരായിരിക്കും.

എനിക്ക് ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരി ന്ന്. Amplifier അയച്ചത് ബോഡി ബെറ്റ് വന്നിരുന്നു. തർ മൊക്കോൾ വച്ച് ന്നന്നായി പാക്ക് ചൈയ്തിട്ടും damage വന്നു. ഇതേ അവസ്ഥ എയർപോർട്ടിൽ സംഭവിക്കാറുണ്ട്. Loading and unloading ആണ് ഒട്ടും responsibility . ഇല്ലാത്തവർ ആണ് പ്രശ്നം.
