I am able to print upto 21.3 inch width. If i set the file for print width above 21.3 inch i get the error "Failed to print:,the print width exceeds the distance of max motion" in PrintExp. My printer width is 24 " inches.Please provide solution to print maximum width.

Go to factory settings to change the range. Contact your support for password.
