Hello. Just use the same setting but artwork do whites only.

I believe latest firmware is 1.6 and graphics lab is 4.0 .. Same setting for black and colored tee. Just that you need to adjust the PT volume based on the thickness, type and color of fabric.

How can we make the white brighter without it smearing? I am trying to put a print on a black sweatshirt and it doesn't look white.

White/cmyk paused. Sweatshirt usually have polyster. Once u apply heat it will dye migrate.

Hello Amedion We have the Brother GTX Pro. The problem is coming because of the Pretreatment stain in the black shirt. Without Pretreatment or is there a solution?

Theres no way u can avoid the pretreatment mark. Only can reduce it.

Hi, you pernah print kain flag pakai DTG tak? Material I used white nylon, I tried using preset ink volume 3,but color is smearing.. Using preset ink volume 1 with double printing, not smearing but color result not bright due to volume 1 ink, any suggestion?

Brother covers warranty up to 15k so that's your minimum expectation. If you runs everyday and maintain it well then 60k~100k no problem at all.

We use heat transfer PET film. Print on matte side. You probably need to lower down your ink volume

@@Wael_Y14 I haven’t seen the ri2000 but I’ve owned the ri3000 as my first dtg printer and the machine was just full of headache. Terrible customer service overall. Just giving my opinion, since we own a brother gtx now and it’s been doing well w no problem.

The Reversal tool works only with GTX and GTX Pro series. I don't know if CADLINK can manage the option to print white and cmyk layers in reverse mode.
