What I like about this "volume model" is: * It doesn't look, sound or feel like a volume model * it is challenging and at the same time holds your hands (lips) while exploring * you're going from "oh my, I can't articulate on this thing" to "look at that range!" within an acceptable timeframe (~3 months for me) * you get a "guarantee" of possibilities. Whereas with other didges you wonder what the ultimate range is; just like with Moytze there's plenty of "didgeridoo space" to explore with the Kairos * this thing is LOUD if you want it to be (I'm living on a hill, ask my neighbors down in the valley!) * you'll probably hit the first toot before the drone and accidentally wander into the second and third by accident ;) If I have to criticize one point: Kairos is FREAKING HEAVY. But that weight extends to a certain seriousness of the instrument. When I got it, I felt this didgeridoo was a 6 out of 10. A few months later, I'm inclined to give it an 11, because it broke my pre-existing idea of scale. Just one question remains: Do you get a Moytze or a Kairos? There's a simple answer: You have to get both of them, they're quite distinct in range yet both glorious.

Thank you for this supercomment! I never thought of our didges as being heavy... ;-)
