I don’t know my man, so far I’ve had over 20 duas and none of them seem to perform very well or last and I bought them from Dua’s site. The address that is given is in Montclair California not Los Angeles California. Montclair is a good 45 minutes east of Los Angeles and literally 5 miles away from my house. Whenever I receive my bottle I spray it about 10 times then let it sit before going back to it for about another two or three months, today I wore dua vintage man and could not smell it past three hours even on my skin. Not spending another dime on this house.

I am thinking of trying Dua again. My experience with this company was during the first couple of years and I liked some of the fragrances I got and others didn't impress me. The thing that really bothered me was that the bottles were very cheap and if you turned the bottles upside down the caps would fall off. I hope that the current quality is much better. They have a new fragrance that i am very interested in checking out called Drowning in Craters Vanilla that is a hybrid of Nishane's Ani and Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s Grand Soir. I love both those fragrances and think that a hybrid of those two should smell great.

@OriginalMindTrick Жыл бұрын
@@Josef_R When you say you never wear them, should I take that as they are both bad in terms of likeness and quality? What I really like about Alexandria is the 5ml sample pack of every fragrance(almost) they have. Seven 5ml samples (or is it too much to be called sample) for 50 USD is a pretty reasonable deal. @@Sliceisnice850 If people believe they use the same ingredients that's on them lol. If you pay attention to clone houses, the majority of them come out with the same fragrances around the same time. Then if you check the clone oil sites such as generic and universal it matches up with the clone houses new releases. It's pretty comical.
@Sliceisnice8502 жыл бұрын
@@brianb6415 Am I to understand Dua claims to use real oud in their products?
@brianb64152 жыл бұрын
@@Sliceisnice850 In his own words: It’s expensive because we don’t cut corners on production. Despite what people say about us, we don’t buy pre-made oils and actually have chemists working for some of the best fragrance manufacturers in the world on payroll. Most of the time there’s a retail bottle behind every release and extensive R&D behind the recreating process. Additionally, we only use premium raw ingredients which are in most cases nearly identical to its niche counterpart and of course the concentration we use in our fragrances is much much much higher than industry standard even for a Parfum Extrait. All of this combined with the natural grain alcohol used in our fragrances and additional alcohol maskers really add up. There’s a reason our fragrances smell more like the actual fragrance from initial spray and not like a blast of alcohol. Lastly, the curing process we use for the compound and alcohol is the exact process used by niche brands such as: Roja, Xerjoff, ‘ etc.... Like I said we don’t cut corners and still charge our customers only 1/3 of the price if it’s niche counterparts and in some cases 1/10 of the price. We don’t base our pricing based on what the original sells for, we base our pricing strictly based on what our cost of production is. I hope this sheds some light :)
