They are both great artists (I like Dua’s music better, but I love Troye Sivan and his unapologetic queerness too). She’s become a great artist. In the early days of stardom, she had absolutely no stage presence despite her powerful voice, but she took all the understandable (if mean) criticisms to heart without getting offended and used them to deeply improve her dancing and stage presence, and she is now on par with the Kylie Minogue(s) and Britney Spears(es) of the world in her quality of live performances. She is serving all us gays what we want and need. Happy Pride Month!

So much respect for an artist whose growth we can see before our eyes. She really worked hard to get better at her craft. She is a so much better singer, dancer, and performer now than when I first saw her live in 2018. See what can be achieved when one doesn’t compete senselessly with her peers using capitalist tactics but instead working hard to truly improve herself and hone her talent in service of her fans. She doesn’t need to saturate the media with details of her personal life and let the art speak for itself. I am beyond emotional seeing how far she’s come. So excited to see her on tour this year.

All correct, but do not forget she was already a good performer in 2018. And she has a confident and stable personality which does not need narcissistic gratification by showing off private stuff; moreover, some artists just need to put private things out there to get PR as their art is not enough. Both does not apply to Dua - and this is rare, especially in this business! She once promised that all from her will be authentic, and she kept her promise. I think she is geniune honest, humble, kind and down to earth. There is a reason people like to work with her! An extraordinary artist and person.

@@max_mwangi yeah I didn’t think so, but it would be nice if they did, it’s like everything has to be short form content now, like an upscale yt short

0:22 Do you say so in English: if there is just one song to take to a lonely island with you which one... that's how I understood Dua Lipa's words. Maybe this song is best suited to her voice, as it brings out the full breadth and strength of the highest notes while at the same time showing, in the lows, - maybe not coincidentally, but naturally - what's so special about her timbre. Thus, it's power, energy on the physical as well as on the nervous side of mind. To the moon! You got the key.

Here is a token of appreciation for the security staff dressed in blue who had to stay put, face away from the stage, while Dua put it on fire. These boys and girls have to be strong ! Thanks for your service!

The part where she goes down with the crowd touched a part of me. She chose that spot for a reason, using her platform to speak without speaking. Not a coincidence she chose to stand in front of a specific flag
