Literally the opposite - Everything from the olympic swimming pool in Barcelona, to most of the outfits (for both her and the dancers), to the human pyramid and pyramid choreography is a direct and purposeful reference/homage to Kylie Minogue. Check out Kylies "slow", "all the lovers" Les Folies Tour to name a few and it'll make more sense.
