No one should force a woman to wear niqab or hijab. Let these woman love Islam from the heart and WANT to wear it. Each young lady in my family whose parent made them wear hijab at age 9 took it off in her young adult life. And other young ladies, put it on by choice, from their heart, when they became a young adult. Choice, love, not force, and resentment.

But yes they shouldn't be forced but adviced.. those who are new to islam or started practicing islam again after abandoning it, they can be understood BUT those womens who pray 5 times, born in muslim family, fast but don't wear hijab should understand the importance of wearing hijab...
