I was surprised in your Podcast of Duel Agency......When the Listing Agent steps in to represent the buyer in the purchase of Sellers home there is the extra work that must be done before closing escrow.When representing the Buyer there are numerous duties to be undertaken.....If a mortgage is involved the Duel Agent must then perform many task and at the same time perform their fiduciary duties to both buyer and seller.....Well worth the commission the Seller offered when listing Sellers property......Thank You....

You actually believe it's worth THOUSANDS of dollars to pull a few comps, when most people can actually find the same info it they look at recent sales themselves, and you open doors to houses that in most cases the buyer has found on their own and has given you a list. Most of the time there is very little hard negotiation skills at work that's worth thousands of dollars and everyone knows this. People felt ripped off because they always could get their agents to negotiate their commissions this entire time but most agents don't advertise that, why would they? Agents are glorified door openers and paper pushers. Get real. I've done all my work with the lender myself. Tell me what you honestly believe you are doing that you're skill and expertise is earning 3% as a buyer's agent when I found the property and am already fully qualified and am prepared to get inspections and other things I want. I'm truly curious what you believe you do to earn this money.

@@Jack-x6m5j Yes....Try selling your home on your own....We provide a valuable service...95% of for sale by owners eventually list their homes with a Professional Real Estate Broker...It has worked very well for the Seller and buyer....I do forgive your ignorance....
