What is Dual Representation in Real Estate? And Why You Should NEVER Use a Dual Representation Agent

Hi Matt, My agent and her mom run a realty company with other realtors under them. It just so happens that our agent's mom is the listing agent for a house we really want. What do you think about that? Is that pretty much equal to having dual representation since they are family?

Totally disagree. A professional real estate agent can handle both sides. Thanks for your opinion though. It gives me fodder to prepare my rebuttals against.

When the buyer and seller agree , put it in escrow. DONE DEAL.. No agents are needed. Its a waste of $$$$$$$$$
