Daily rehab today combines the banded hip hinge and the banded deadlift. Really great way to help people learn or correct the hip hinge pattern and deadlift movement. The two bands provide resistance to the posterior change from 2 angles creating some awesome neuro-muscular feedback as well as great movement guidance.
If you have had a back injury and wanting to return to the deadlift, or maybe you haven’t got the right pelvic and lumbar spine position right throughout the movement and can’t work out how to move properly - then this will really help.

Another GENIUS trick to get technique right!!!! Thank you so much! I knew I wasn’t doing it properly most of the time but I will work with these two bands for a bit to get the movement finally right now! Will tackle weights with more confidence afterwards.

Tim, in your experience, can physio help someone fully recover from medial plica syndrome, or do the majority of cases require an arthroscope?

Everyone is different I am afraid. But always exhaust the conservative route first
