Daily rehab today combines the banded hip hinge and the banded deadlift. Really great way to help people learn or correct the hip hinge pattern and deadlift movement. The two bands provide resistance to the posterior change from 2 angles creating some awesome neuro-muscular feedback as well as great movement guidance.
