3/4” wrench is equivalent 19mm not 22mm. Looks like a lot of work but compared to driving out bucket pins and reinstalling them, this dual lock manual coupler is a real time saver.

After spending 1300$ for this coupler, and using it for a year, the threaded shank that moves the wedge up and down is corroded to the point it won't work at all. This is a piss poor design. Either get the hydraulic coupler or don't get one at all. Bobcat has CAT stomped on the manual coupler design. Pull one pin, drop bucket, grab next tool, insert pin.............simple and effective. Are you paying attention CAT? Or just waisting R&D money over engineering something that is simple as hell? It doesn't take a genius to know that putting a threaded mechanism right in the middle of the part of the machine that will be in dirt, water, and mud more than anything else is a bad idea...........smh.............#Wtfwereyouthinking?

3000 hours on ours still works like new

bigugly1911 we have 223 hours on our 305.5 mini, and the bucket sits loosely in the coupler, wont ever be tight again. Super garbage made, and the bolt has rust on it already from a previous dumb operator messing around with it, and I am convinced thats why it is loose
