It looks good to have political leaders who despite mismanaging state funds but still think of developing their own countries. There might no medication at hospitals and clinics is fact but every country has its own hiccups. Running away from it doesn't solve any problem, instead you want to add more hiccups to citizens of other countries. Better shall come one day, we faced the same in Mzansi for years but fight our battle until the enemy surrendered, do the same for your own 'sake.
