The main roads in Harare and Bulawayo are a total nightmare, as evident in the beginning of the video. Absolute lawlessness with dumping, illegal billboards and broken roads.

It is indeed a very a beautiful estate or neighbourhood as call it there. The only problem I have with the new estates in Africa, including my own nation of Zambia is the lack of footpaths for the pedestrians. Here such communities will not have any restrictions regarding who should or should not visit them. Thank you

Beautiful but I feel like some houses are outdated now. Arlington Estate has some fantastic modern houses compared to brooke but it lacks basic amenities like shopping mall and vegetation.

If the security is tight why fencing the houses? The concept of gated communities is lockup and go. As Zimbabweans we need to travel, if you go to Thoyando that’s in a rural town you get better looking houses than the ones in Borrodale. Until as a people we need to start investing in paying the right price for house plans otherwise investment goes to dust. Takawomera kubhadhara ma Architecture. The other thing is I don’t think the governing body knows it’s mandate, the houses lack pattern kungovaka kunge vanhu variShurugwi. The planning is extremely flawed and for an upmarket estate, save for roads that are pothole free. Out of 10 I give it a score of 3.
