@@noahtaul as a creative type myself, I think Adam Ragusea's advice is possibly the best on this topic. Make things that maybe feel mediocre to you, but make them often or with deadlines, because often without external limitations we end up spinning out trying to achieve perfection and never produce anything. And the more you produce like that, you bring up your low end with more practice, and have more opportunities to express your high end. Regardless, however you do your thing, I wish you all the best and I look forward to seeing your future endeavors!

Not that it’s an excuse, but I was finishing it up ~5 hours or so before SoME was over and I didn’t get a chance to watch it a final time before putting it up and submitting
