Thanks for doing this, a few things, you may consider using copper grease lightly around the frame of the cartridge, also the reason why the nuts are so tight is loctite they use the red one which is incredibly strong, ideally you should remove and clean the old loctite and reapply blue loctite you tube this if you are not sure, this will stop the bolts working loose. Finally your nut covers put a little bathroom silicone over the nut and then push the cover on this will stop the covers coming off while riding. cheers dude!

Great video, very useful ! Could you tell me where you was able to buy the soft Cartridge for this Spider limited please? (is the Cartridge is also the same for rear and front?) > I have found out some Cartridge for lot of models except the spider v2/limited I am looking for a soft rubber Cartridge for both front and rear.

I got the soft cartridge from Minimotors USA, they said “out of stock” on the website, but I sent them an email, and they said they’re available. I think they’re all the same - there’s no difference between other models. By the way, you can only change rear, the front is not replaceable on Spiders. Some people changed front, but it was a much more involved process of pressing rubber material in, it’s not an easy swap.

niche 123 the piece cost €90, not cheap as a spring on a zero 10x

As I mentioned in the video - both clips are “after”. I forgot to film “before” with my weight, and when remembered it was already half disassembled :(
