I SELDOM find anything worth adding, but occasionally I find a real gem. Dub FX is exactly that, a gem. It's hard to compare to groups like Thievery Corporation, but you've done exactly that. I'm blown away. Amazing, thanks for your contribution to music, this world needs artists like you...

I wondered how is Dub NOT a world known talent? A household name. Well, one thing I do know especially with Dub, is that he must maintain creative control! For someone like him, it's CRITICAL! He has natural talent that doesn't need the bullshit package that can come along with being under the thumb of execs. I can just see it now. Ging mir genauso wie dir, als ich Dub FX zum ersten Mal gehört hab! Ob man den Stil nun mag oder nicht sei dahin gestellt, aber wer auch nur ein Bisschen Ahnung von Musik hat sollte eigentlich auf Anhieb erkennen, dass hier ein absolutes Genie am Werk ist! Wo andere (sogenannte) Musiker mit fertigen Samples und Effekten ein Bisschen im Studio rumbasteln und am Ende dafür tonnenweise Kohle einsacken, stellt sich dieser Kerl auf die Strasse, und performt in Perfektion für ein Taschengeld! Da möchte man als Musikfan zu denen gehören, die dem mal ordentlich was in den Hut werfen, hab ich recht? Hab mir zwar seine CDs gekauft, aber ich halte trotzdem immer den Geldbeutel bereit. Falls er mal zufällig irgendwo um die Ecke kommt, kriegt er den, egal wieviel grad drin ist :-)
