33:00 are the expenditures tracked on the blockchain internally using Cardano solutions and products for supply change management? Or do we just ignore our own tooling and software and go towards paper receipts and cash? What I'm saying is maybe time to dust of Marlowe and get it working so we can start to train outside accountants on how to properly track expenditures and receivables using Cardano blockchain technology.

Managed and received budget should not be used for governance actions in my opinion. Abstain is the right course for that funds.
