It wasn't supposed to play the music. The fountains are tested approximately at 11pm every day, starting around two weeks before the show. Though the music was tested separately, at around 1pm 3 days before. This was specific to the 2023 show, I have no idea if this was the case prior or if this will be the case for 2024.
