Our prophet s.a.w didn’t say his ummah shouldn’t live in heavily decorated houses just because he didn’t. If Allah has blessed them with wealth they have every right to live the way they want, live a comfortable life as long as they fulfill their deen. Just because she made her house beautiful doesn’t mean she’s not doing anything to attain Jannah.

@@asmadanish7507 but it’s absolutely ok when she likes it then why not, after all she lives in her four walls and can decide, no matter eid or not. It’s only an observed trend among a community, but if one feels good so then it’s up to the person. I personally never would feel comfortable. I live the motto less is more. For example in western countries people may not buy such decorating stuff but often observed that they cover the walls with pictures. Or some are that type of messies that they don’t throw things away and keep collecting them until there is no place to set a foot in their house. People are so different and have different methods of living, sometimes really surprising and for some maybe unbelievable....
