Great video! I found this guide to the Dubai Metro really helpful, especially the details about the NOL Cards and cabin zones. It’s great to see such well-organized content for travelers. I’ve recently uploaded a video on my channel called "Dubai Metro 🇦🇪 | Subway Tour to the Hidden Gems of Dubai?" where I explored the metro and highlighted some unique spots along the way. Watching your video has inspired me even more to share insights about Dubai’s incredible public transport system. Thanks for the great work-I've subscribed to your channel and look forward to more content like this! 😊

Hey, Thanks for Reaching out! In Dubai, The Dubai Metro is divided into 7 zones. You can check the map of Dubai metro covering 7 Zones here - www.rta.ae/wps/portal/rta/ae/public-transport/metro-stations-map The Dubai Metro fare system is based on these zones: 1. Within 1 Zone: Travel starts and ends in the same zone (Silver nol card Fare - AED 3). 2. Adjacent 2 Zones: Traveling between two adjacent zones means moving from one zone directly to the next. For example, this could be traveling from Zone 1 to Zone 2 or from Zone 2 to Zone 3, and so on. (Silver nol Card Fare - AED 5). 3. More than 2 Zones: Travel crossing three or more zones (Silver Nol Card Fare - AED 7.5). The fare depends on the distance and type of Nol card used (e.g., Silver, Gold, Blue, Red, etc.). For more detailed information on the Nol Card type, Zone and it's Fare Click Here - www.rta.ae/wps/portal/rta/ae/public-transport/Nol-Fares Hope this helps ☺️

What if one of the silver card cheated by entering the Gold cabin. Are there any officers to arrest them?
@traveltodubaiaeАй бұрын
Hi, thanks for reaching out! As a Silver Nol Card holder, you are not permitted to travel in the Gold Class cabin. If you wish to travel in Gold Class, you must purchase a Gold Nol Card, which costs double the regular fare. According to the RTA, entering the wrong cabin is considered a serious offense and may result in a fine of AED 200. To avoid penalties, it is always advisable to follow the rules and travel in the appropriate cabin. Hope this helps!

@traveltodubaiaeАй бұрын
Hey, Thanks for reaching out. we are happy to help! ❤ Once you download the "Nol Pay" app from Google Play Store or App Store. Follow the instructions below. 1. Register a new account or log in with your RTA credentials. 2. Add your nol card in the 'Cards' section by entering its details. 3. Top up your card using a credit or debit card. 4. Check balance and transaction history in 'Card Details'. 5. Report and block lost or damaged cards through the app. 6. Apply for or renew a personal nol card. ----- Certain smartphones, like specific Samsung models, allow digitization of physical nol cards: - Open the nol Pay app and select 'Get my nol card'. - Choose 'Digitise my physical nol card'. - Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Hope this was helpful!
