Another great video, Denys! One small thing to consider for smokers before moving in - mostly there are no balconies in the apartments.

Very good point. There are no balconies at all in Burj Khalifa, its for the safety reason. Only 7 penthouses have terraces (I have one on them for sale now🙂). Happy to see you here 👍

There are multiple elevators that serve different levels. The average wait time is not more than in other areas.

Hi, it's very difficult to say what will be exactly. But considering that the price went down we expect that it will be way higher in 2023

Did you take into consideration the building isn't connected to the sewers and all the crap has to be trucked away every day? 100's of tankers lining the roads pumping waste away alll day.NICE!!

There are several bars inside and a few clubs just outside the tower. There is a solution for party people))
