I have a videos idea, maybe you could try to swap one of the OG furby's motors with the one that dubby uses. That way you will have a fully working dubby with a nice running motor.

I think his motor is pretty spectacular already XD it was a little slow before I oiled it but thats about the same with furby motors. I honestly don't believe a furbys motor is all that different from dubbys. I've used a furby motor to replace a fakes before and they run pretty much the same, the way bootlegs move "less smooth" than furbys is mostly due to the way they're programmed, they start and stop more frequently than furbys while furbys movements are programmed to look much smoother and lively. The only generic furdish fake I know that uses a different motor from furbys is Tonkuri, they use a larger standard DC rather than the smaller ones furby use. I wouldn't be able to swap that one since it wouldn't even fit LOL

I can't find any tutorials or videos anywhere because I'm getting a Bumble Bee Furby and the seller says it will not power on and I wanna use the trick so I can maybe power him on (or if he doesn't I'll use the tounge trick or the stuck motor one)

not sure if this is what you mean, but i think to do it you have to get the furby, and gently pull forward on the beak and there should be a gap, if you shine a light into it, there should be a gear, get the screwdriver and gently spin the gear, and it should start, it may also take a while this is also called Jump-starting
