I don't particularly like either fighter so it's easy to be 100% objective. DDD is a slow thinking, rather unskilled flailing mauler with plodding feet and questionable fortitude. He carries no advantage over AJ in any department and will get soundly outclassed. AJ by stoppage inside 5. Dubois has about a 1-5% chance of landing the miracle shot but ONLY if AJ decides to try and maul with him. If AJ simply boxes he will find the KO with ease. The levels are not close.

Simon I'm not an AJ fan, but be accurate in your analysis, rewatch the Helenius fight, Helenius busted up AJ's mouth and nose with the jab, AJ was showing signs of distress early on, he was eating that Jab, so he definitely laid many a glove on him. Eddie hearn is the reason they didn't announce aj vs dubois after hergovich lost , as the winner was planned to fight aj next. So when Daniel won they delayed the decision until Eddie knew 100% the ibf belt was on the line for aj to fight for and once Daniel was awarded the belt thats when Eddie had no other options so had to take dubois vs aj with the risk of this being Eddie's last aj payday

(Just checked, and it was Eric Molina in 2016, lol) He's fought mediocre opposition since he has been with Ben. Now, I don't know who wins. Not really bothered either way as long as it's a good fight. But let's just see how AJ handles doing the silly dance when Dubois touches him on the button.
