Am a fan of GoT too 😅, but to fight gawking crowds has got a bit much the last 10 yrs. Eastern Europe has a lot of history but hordes of tourists make most things unappealing. Guess that wind is because it's by the sea. Same where I live. Take care and happy travels.

ohh, lol! if you haven’t been to Malta yet, you should def add it to your list.sadly, I didn’t get to see all the GoT locations there due to limited time but i really enjoyed it there! lesser crowd for sure! haha!😆

Point taken. So much history there too. Doing S/Korea🇰🇷 in a couple months (it's gonna be a looong ✈️), bypassing Seoul and on to Jeju island then Busan, have friends there. At least the crowds will not be tourists but locals. Maybe will take a quick dive with the haenyeo while in Jeju. Absolute legends 🌟!!

@@menaleo7872 wow, that sounds awesome! i haven’t been to S. Korea yet so can’t comment much... as you said it’s windy over there where you live, i can just say it was so windy when i visited Iceland and Ireland esp in coastal areas, but both such wonderful countries…

Sounds windy, very windy. I have enough wind where I live already. So thank you, but no thank you. It also seems like there are enough tourists cluttering the place already.

hiii, yea, it was quite windy from where i was standing (balcony of Fort Lovrijenac, right by the sea). i gotta tell you tho, the view was really amazing. it’s such a beautiful place and totally worth it to visit if you’re a GoT fan… but also, you’re right- way too crowded with hordes of tourists! lol 😅(I went there in Sep 2023). not sure if it’s always like that in other seasons.
