Riyadh is a massively spread out city so it took me a couple short trips to the city to make this video on the top things to do. In a couple years I will recreate this list as there is sooo much construction going on in the city with new developments that the amount of things to do are going to continue to increase. Just a clarification, going out in the evening is not a cultural thing, but it is due to people having jobs in this modern time so they go out with their families in the evenings + the weather especially in summer. Enjoy your time, as you're always welcome to Saudi Arabia 😉

I never made it up to the Mamlaka skybridge, because of the metal detectors (rolling dirty). I did have a great meal at Al Faisaliyah, however, in the globe that has the place that rotates. It was during Eid and we had a full view of the fireworks going off all over the city. You should have done a walkthrough of Batha, lots of great little shops, if a bit run down. When I think of Riyadh it's places like Batha, Hara, and the less overtly commercial neighborhoods (the more grounded places), that give me the most nostalgia.
