I really wish the keybinds system was better. It’s so stupid that even if you pick one of the default options and change something it yells at you to assign the missing ones. Maybe I don’t want to have Anna or Forzalink or Photo mode bound.

Ever since FH4 I've binded my map opening to left stick press and I love it, it's perfectly out of the way and easy to press at any moment. I highly recommend to anyone that drives manual to put the map binding there to be honest!

My favorite game of the eliminator was when it gitched and spawned me in with my hoonicorn on off-road tires. That glitch didn't show you the zone or the finish line usually, but the finish line came up and I hit 220 mph fully off-road on my way to the win

My most favorite eliminator game was when it glitched and it kept the car I was in before the game started. I was in a tuned #1 Toyota off road truck (like a level 20) so much fun in the eliminator. I was beaten in the end by a tuned Ferrari, neither of us could trigger the finish, but we could win head to heads.

I have my map binded to the left stick but have the driving mode selector thing set as right stick down but personally I think that some controls shouldn't need to be binded

I agree the key binding is just completely terrible in this game and ever since FH4 I was praying they would fix it. I didn’t use Anna and still don’t same applies for Forza link as I’d need even more buttons. They don’t let you bind buttons like double click for things like telemetry (2 more for navigation unlike FH4), Anna, convertible, or 1 option to use all chat features like in FH4 but with forzalink. Don’t know how this is our game of the year when it’s very difficult to map our controller. When I need to use telemetry, I have to remove the look-around buttons and it’s just annoying and remove downshift as well or map. 🤦‍♂️
