When I would crack the throttle wide open the engine would rev up strong until like 4400 rpm than it would act like it was not running right until it revved past like 5200 rpms than it would act like a race engine again. It's just like it has a spot in between those rpms like the air/fuel mixture is wrong and it like stalls/hesitates for a brief moment as it revs. Like my car if I floor it it just revs smoothly like it's all perfect but the bike acts like it is great till that certain rpm and it has to momentarily struggle to rev until it passes that spot than it roars to redline like it was meant to. Its definitely not supposed to do it as it's not a natural feeling if you are trying to go fast as hell.

I too am wondering what was the hesitation. I have an 1100 EVO and my RPM's keep dropping when I turn it on. It won't stay at the 1000/1100 RPM that it's supposed to be in when just idling, it will just shut off. I think it might be the throttle body. Let me know please!
