I have decided to go with the 950S 2019 with skyhook and all electronics ... the 1200 was a monster so I am sure the 1260 is nutz . I live in Boston so heat is welcomed.

The 950S is a brilliant move by Ducati, having ridden the old 950, I feel with Skyhook it will become the best overall package and even it can do 230 around so an exceptional motorcycle as well.

Hows the riding posture compared to the tiger? More aggressive or upright. Are the knees flexed back too much that they hurt after a few 100 km?

Most of the questions asked by you are covered in the video, as per tiger it has lower handlebars than tiger so this is harder to ride standing up but better to ride sitting down.

Like I said many times in the video before the Multistrada is sports tourer with better handling and highway ability but the tiger does better in off-road, it can't compete against multi on the highway, I would recommend you Multistrada if your tours are on mostly roads.

I think you can but it will be a stretch for you. 1260 has a very low 825 mm seat height for Indian spec version.

On other bikes talking at such speeds feels a lot more difficult, at least on the Multistrada there is almost no windblast, most of the time I didn't realize the speeds until I came back and actually watched the footage. Let's say the best motorcycles bring out the best in me. (Sometime back I got accused of dubbing the voice later on) I only dub my intros where I just talk the specs.

I had a 2015 1200S MS. The Skyhook suspension was a joke - it just wanted to do tank slappies - a Ducati that doesn't handle, doh. The throttle maps meant that any little old lady in a Prius could out drag me at the lights - simply dangerous. Parts, like the clutch slave cylinder are made out of cocoa tin and leak all the time. I did an oil change at 5,000 miles and found the drain bolt magnet covered in bits of steel up to 1/4 inch long. How journalists have the nerve to praise such a piece of junk is beyond me.

@@sivvinod3187. The bike was new. I kept it for 8,000. It was a piece of junk: lumps of metal in the sump, clutch slave cylinder would drain within 1,000 miles, the suspension was crap, the throttle maps were dangerous. Sorry to break your 14 year old bubble.

Full of rubbish! Every Ducati riders especially those MT rider know the rear brakes of the bike sucks big time! What type of review are you talking about! Are you a Ducati distributor trying to pass wrong info to the riders.
