Ducati Multistrada V4 Touring Handguard Install!

Welcome to 4K Motoring!
Since we are still preparing our 2022 Ducati Multistrada V4S for our upcoming road trip to the MotoGP Race in Austin, TX, we have finally got our last ordered accessories in. The Ducati touring handguards are stronger and more useful than the included OEM handguards on the Multistrada and Desert X models. The price was less than $200. Installation is easy, requiring only minutes as well as a 4mm, 5mm, and T20 socket. Check them out and let us know what you think!

Make sure you have them installed high enough. Mine, after some time, went a little too low and started scratching the paint on the tank. From the other accessories, I have tire pressure gauges and a rear luggage rack. Awesome bike, love it, and good luck with it! Maybe a little too long of a video for such a simple upgrade 😊

Thanks for the feedback! The way the bracket is installed over the lever hinges, there is no way for them to drop unless a bolt comes loose or they sustain a significant impact. The other accessory I wanted was the tire pressure sensors, but I was going to wait until I needed new tires mounted to get them

Did you have to bring the bike into the dealership to get you fog lights working? Did it throw a code at you or was it plug and play?

Unfortunately you have to visit the dealership to activate the OEM fog lights in order to use the factory switchgear

Those extra handguards are not low enough on the downside thumbs and other Fingertips still get really cold in colder weather conditions. Those handguards are not thought through really. If other good ones covering the entire hand and fingers are released I will get those. Those fancy Ducati handguards are just short term solution.

I haven't really had much of a problem with them, I mainly wanted the metal handguards for actual impact protection. Just curious, are you running your handlebars in off-road mode or road mode?
