Here’s my diet. Breakfast- orange juice with vitamin pills and a cup of coffee with a digestive biscuit. Home made vegetable soup and a slice of bread with some strong cheddar for lunch. Dinner- salad and either smoked salmon or prawns - once a week treat is steak with mushrooms and a baked potato. Thanks to sticking to that over lockdown, and walking for 90 minutes a day- I lost a stone and kept it off.

As to Meghan's roast chicken - her former fiancé, chef Cory, signature dish was roast chicken, and allegedly Meghan often took his recipe's and called them her inventions! My Breakfast is an Asda Bacon and Egg sandwich when i deliver to there. I start at 3 am. so grab what i can. Always chasing your tail to do the deliveries. In the real world we don't have time for all this nonsence. Spend a week on HGV delivery work and see how life really is. I would be embarassed if i was them. Their living a fake life and they know it too but are trapped in their roles. Your welcome to all that material weal,th it means nothing and doesn't make you happy.
