Here’s my diet. Breakfast- orange juice with vitamin pills and a cup of coffee with a digestive biscuit. Home made vegetable soup and a slice of bread with some strong cheddar for lunch. Dinner- salad and either smoked salmon or prawns - once a week treat is steak with mushrooms and a baked potato. Thanks to sticking to that over lockdown, and walking for 90 minutes a day- I lost a stone and kept it off.

I doubt that Duchess Catherine got her recipes or ideas for smoothies from Meghan Markle! As to Meghan's roast chicken - her former fiancé, chef Cory, signature dish was roast chicken, and allegedly Meghan often took his recipe's and called them her inventions! Therefore, Harry was probably served Toronto Chef's Cory Vitiello's roast chicken! Why not, she was still engaged to Cory when she became the booty call for the Prince!
