I can’t believe you did that by yourself. Beautiful as are you. The tool is actually a rug hook for when you are pulling the rug strands through. So if someone has trouble finding one you might look in the rug hooking supplies at a craft and hobby store.

Yes but you would have to do some loc method to hide the single braid. It’s not thick enough to pull the single braids into the locs
