Jesus saved my life last week. I was sucking car fumes in the exhaust through the floorboards of my truck and not realizing it was coming in the truck. I thought it was coming through the house furnace so one day I went to church all gassed out of my mind, I hired a kite not realizing what was going on and I went in the church and I said whatever this is God, I’m praising you through the whole thing And I went up and I start praising and then at the very next day my son calls me and we never got along and he’s 34 years old. He calls me up and he gave his life to Jesus and told me all the good things that he started doing, he got rid of all the drugs he quit drinking. He kicked the women to the curb, and said no more. God is really working with my kids. It’s such a good thing to see.

My favorite episode to date. I saw Rucker on the "I am second". His life history is captivating to hear, and reinforces to everyone, whether you're new in the faith or old in the faith, life is not a bed of roses just because you've accepted Christ. It's important to have that family of Christ around you to keep you pointed in the right direction and accountable. I backslide even with helping people around, I just thank the Lord every day for paying the price for my sins and giving me grace. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

I work in a drug rehab here in Pa. I have a seriously long criminal and drug history. 33 plus yrs prison, 20 straight the last time w 2 detainees one for escape and habitual offender. Life w out parole. I got right with God wheter i gotbout orvnot. 17 yrs into my 40 yr Fl. Sentence the Judge over my habitual Sentence dropped all new charges, canceled out 15 yrs probation never started and vacated the Sentence i escaped on. When GOD OPENS THE DOOR. HE OPENS IT WIDE ENOUGH FOR A FREIGHT TRAIN GO THROUGH SIDEWAYS.

Rucker is authentic in his walk. The ups and downs. I would love him to be on The Unashamed podcast as a guest and part of this podcast as a regular host. He brings the truth of most of us continually being pulled into this fallen world and how you rise when you keep falling down. I hope he does prison ministry. The real deal. Excellent podcast.

Y’all are the BEST!!! I try to stop every x country drive from SoCal to GA. My German Shepherd KNOWS the Thomas Rd. exit off 20! I was collecting Si cups (reminds me of my Aunt Zelma) and y’all’d been out, one stop Shawnda (sp?!) says “We got more!” I was so tickled! Then in March this yr I pop by and Si…who IS the embodiment of my Uncle Herdis (RIP) is in da haus! Got a pic heard some stories…I’d just had a serious head injury w ambulance ride, saw the “light” bc I was unconscious 3x - stuck on a granite floor flat out, I know God helped me get back up off that floor…I had staples, TBI, now pain n nerve damage to left side of head/face. I wasn’t sure I could drive again to get to my elderly folks…but I made it! Literally - y’all talk the talk and walk the walk of Southern kindness 🙏🏼 and keep on teasing each other to death bc it’s GENUINE 😂!!!!! Xoxo

I’m 32 was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at 15 I have a son & a daughter I been on social security almost all my life but I’m about to try to get my CDL or try to work somewhere because I want more for my kids & to say I tried . I had a interview w a hot sauce company I was honest with them & never got a call back 🖤I been praying which I do every night & this episode was very powerful 🙏🏼 god bless & Merry Christmas
