Never seen a jack with a foot like that but have had a mallard or 2 like that. Even have one with toes missing and a part of is butt missing, curls and all done. But completely healthy & had healed up. Animals are EXTREMELY resilient & have a will to live like no other!!

You have GOT to get yourself some Duck creek flashback decoys. On no wind days , you gotta have something and most motion decoys are garbage. Duck creek decoys are no doubt the most realistic motion decoys ever made and they are all but bulletproof. Can’t break them

The best time is whenever you can get out! The morning and evenings are when you’ll see the most activity but you can learn a lot about a spot by scouting it in the middle of the day too.

I was trying out some Apex S3 steel, really liked how it performed on these hunts especially with the cold temps. I like the way Rios pattern out of my gun but I've had multiple issues with them not ejecting before in cold temps
