Opening day for duck hunting starts this weekend here in Utah. I was talking to some wildlife biologists and they were saying they were seeing more ducks coming down the flyway this year then they have in a long time, so it looks like duck hunting be be looking good here in Utah for once. Another great vid! I'm not new to duck hunting but i was limited to places i could go not having a boat but now i have one and i was wondering how you find different places to go. In your vids your always kind of in a new spot so i was jus wondering how to find birds and where to go.

Thanks brother! I think that OnX is the best tool for finding new spots. It'll show you all the public land and then it just comes down to putting miles on the boat and boots on the ground to check for birds and habitat. I use the recent imagery feature a lot to look for water and cut fields too.

@@HokeOutdoors Yes we use live decoys. I have mallards, green wing teals and wigeons. Also geese. In addition, we can hunt during the night.
