This Duck leg Confit with Pears and Cashews is an easy recipe where we do it all with the casserole, this time without an oven.
They also accompany it with some pataes, an onion, carrot and a leek, all flavored with our touches.
Ingredients:
-4 Duck Candit
2 Carrots
1 Leek
1 Onion
4 Potatoes
1 head of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
Some rosemary branches
Salt and pepper
100mL of Brandy
200mL of chicken soup.
