Smoothies are good. The problem is they don't keep you full for very long (I know from experience). Protein is the key. Protein should be the primary ingredient for every meal. Order a size down on the smoothie and pair it with the protein of your choice.

Last year my daughter went to South Korea to visit a friend who is in the Army and her plane went up past Alaska and then went went and came down the Asian corridor. They do that in case they have to land the plane. If they went over the ocean and had to land then it would be really bad.

I lived in Monroe for 2 years and it was the most miserable 2 years of my life. Our vehicles got broken into twice and our apartment got broken into and they stole everything we owned. So we moved to West Monroe for 4 years. It’s night and day. Some of the most wonderful people live there. They are family. I met Phil a few times in the sporting good stores. Back then he was a burly man. Balkenville people are special people ❤️

They also advertise for Faithful Counseling. They have Christian counselors. They are very good. I went through a custody battle for years in my 20’s. My children are in their 40’s now. It is a very tough situation. I will add you to my prayer list. Let us know how you are.
