I feel for Phil, I’ve broke my back in four places and had it concreted back together but it didn’t stay and a few yrs later had all kinds of fun metal put in its place. I broke it back in 1993. The concrete lasted about 12 yrs. I love watching all of you!!!

My 3 lowest disks are fussed together that took 3 surgeries. Then a pain pump installed and a couple years ago i slipped and fell and blew up my t12 disk and the doctor put that cement stuff around it, the Dr said that that disk looked like a hand grenade went off pieces everywhere. Now looks like I'm going to have my tailbone and hip fussed together
