Just had my two teen daughters at their dental check up & found out that my 18 year old doesn't have any wisdom teeth! Lucky girl! Her 15 year old sister has 3, with one already coming in. Their dad only had two wisdom teeth, but I had all 4 & they all had to be cut out. Genetics is so fascinating! Loved having Miss Paula on the podcast! God bless y'all!!!

God bless you Miss Paula for helping Lisa and Al out. I've been praying for Miss Lisa and Al. I pray God will heal Lisa. Miss Paula, I was a clean freak my whole life up until about 3 years ago. I understand what you mean. It was just my thing that I loved to do. Unfortunately, I started having some health problems about 3 years ago. I ended up having a heart attack 2 years ago. I have a thyroid disease called graves disease. It's hard to keep it normal. I have ole stomach problems too. Now I have cataracts in both eyes. I pray I'll be able to get the cataracts removed soon. It's hard to clean and take care of everything like I used to, but I pray God will heal me, so I can get back to helping again. It's good to see Miss Paula and Godwin on the podcast together again. God bless you all.

Stationary bike is a very good exercise but you need to added stuff to it.. put the brake on to make it harder.. stand while riding and not sitting until you're burnt out.. ride the bike get off do push ups.. and then keep doing that in sets of more and more.. you will pour sweat and get in great shape
