This is my favorite episode thus far. Was nervous and anxious to hear an update on uncle Si. I just kept praying and told God please don't take him yet. With everything going on in the world we need uncle si. In alot of ways he has inspired more people you could imagine. But most importantly the man was put on earth to make other people's lives better. So with all the darkness in the world si had a light that keeps us going in the right direction. A Beacon of hope. Man of God. And completey genuine in every way. I admire that man as I'm sure you can tell. Just want to say thanks uncle si for helping me push thru hard times. When my mother died it was you and the rest of the wonderful Robertson family members who guided me thru the dark and wrote into my heart the path to stay on. I love all of you. God bless.

I absolutely love this episode! Sometimes I feel like Uncle Si gets put down by people in his family although I think most of the time it is just good natured family and friends bantering back and forth. Si, my great grandfather was in ww2 he was God fearing like your family, I was really close. Duck dynasty, the pod casts, everything your family has gotten me through some dark times in my life. I know everyone goes through trials. The family you all have has inspired me through the stories you've told, the things all of you have done have truly lifted me. I love they example you all set for people. Blood only goes so far but family is family, I appreciate you, your families love for one another and for your fellow man. People forget what is truly important now days and let society reflect on how things are opposed to how thing need to be. Thank you for your service, and thank you to all of your entire family for the love and respect you show each other. Hope all is well. God bless all of your family and thank you for the examples you, your friends and family set for the ones who pay attention to it and take it to heart.
