They both received standard (and very common) educational deferments until June of 1968, when Biden graduated from law school and Trump from undergraduate college. At that point they both received medical deferments (classification 1-Y), Biden for asthma and Trump for bone spurs. There is no indication that either deferment wasn't genuine.

Would you want to go to war to die in a country that is not your home land to die for no good reason. Vietnam War was one of the most shameful war next to Iraq War. After so many years of expenses and loss of lives, finally the US withdrew from the war and had to accepts millions Vietnamese refugees after tearing down the country.
