Start with the back vane and work your way up, you can throw a tek screw threw the vane and the rail, which will make it sturdy enough for 4”wg

SORRY, BUT THOSE VANES ARE MUCH TOO SMALL TO WORK CORRECTLY. THEY NEED TO BE MUCH LONGER.
