Sir,aap nay sirf aik dafa main line reduce ki us mein say 800 less Kar k 2800 banaya,agay jesay jesay branches nikalti Jaien gi,usi tarha third main or pher 4th main reduce Hu Kar nai banay gi Kiya. Jaha jaha say branch less Hu gi waha say agli main reduce Hu Kar agay nai jai gi kya. Guide please Thanks

Sir sometimes, By equal friction method the velocity goes above 1200 FPM ... Then please suggest us that upto what velocity we can use equal friction method..?

sir how much gap we will give in between two diffuser ? u placed two diffuser in dinning room without mentioning that exactly how much gap we should give.i mean how can we place two diffuser without considering air throw in between them.. sir plz explain use of air flow data for evaluating exact gap dimension b/w two diffuser and size of diffuser aswell ...

The distance between the two diffusers should be even based on the layout. Different factor need to be considered while considering the location of the diffuser such as the furniture layout and based on the area and experience you should decide.

There is 1 mistake sir..after reducer you give same dimensions 700x400 .it should be 600x400

Visit HVAC sites asuch as possible n c how chillers, pumps, ahu, pipe n duct routing, dampers etc are installed. Take pen copy n note line diagram n ask people working in the plant room.

thumb rule : 1 ton (400 cfm ) for every 125 sqft. .EXAMPLE : Calculate room size : 12 ft length x 6ft width = 132 sq.ft = 1.056 ton = 400 cfm approx. GOOD LUCK

Depending upon the CFM Airflow the size of the Diffuser are provided by the manufacturer. It is the job of the engineer to check in the catalog and select as per the requirement. Usually it is selected in such a way that by making an standing size of the different with in the Airflow range.

2 x (w + h) x l is the area of the straight duct. now if the size are reducers then you need to modify the same formula accordingly. For example if you have different width and height of the duct then. 2 x (w1+w2/2) + (h1+h2/2) x l

You have taken 28 °F STP. But you should have taken 75 °F and 50% Rh for this designing.

Sorry sir lekin app pehle bol rhe ho ki 75degree or 50Rh pe karna chahiye then apne ak or mistack kiya he jab apne 3600 cfm ke liye 17 ki jgh 16 hight liya vha apko 18 lena chahiye tha ya fir width bda lete kyuki 28X16 me apna head loss apke set head loss se jyada ho rha he
