Doesn't come close to a TB-303, but it's a nice tutorial for those, who want to learn building a synth in M4L.

Making an accurate TB-303 emulation is nothing to do over the weekend. It takes months or even years of intensive R&D. It's not worth doing it, as there are already good emulations on the market.
